Summary

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and experience in client-facing recruitment. Candidates with APAC recruitment experience and agency/staffing background will be pluse

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Very good hands-on experience with LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong experience in sourcing and screening IT/Technology candidates.
• APAC recruitment experience is a strong plus.
• Must have client-facing recruitment experience.
• Agency / staffing / consulting recruitment experience preferred — not in-house hiring.
• Good understanding of technical requirements and candidate evaluation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
